The Keystone Bank Communication System DTC Securities sub-system is a comprehensive on-line interface to the Depository Trust's Mainframe Dual Host (MDH) system. Employing the standard BCS architecture, the DTC Securities sub-system is modular in design and supports the full range of MDH functions.

Comprehensive on-line archival support. All messages and audit trails are retained for a user-specified period of time. Effective retrieval and search menus provide for displaying/printing from the archives.
Syntax checking in according with DTC rules performed during message preparation
Automatic monitoring and retrieving of missing messages
Full status, including counts and amounts for all MDH security traffic
Selective printing based on user needs
Ability to use automated entry codes to reduce keystrokes on manual entries
Securities deconversion/conversion support
OFAC monitoring for blocked entities and Special Designated Nationals available
