The Keystone Bank Communication System NBES Securities sub-system
is a comprehensive on-line interface to the Federal Reserve Bank's National
Book Entry System. Employing the standard BCS architecture,
the NBES Securities sub-system is modular in design and supports the
full range of FRB functions.

Syntax checking in according with FRB rules performed during message preparation

Automatic monitoring and retrieving of missing messages

Full status, including counts and amounts for all FRB security traffic
