Three Staffing Solution Options

There are three options that your organization has as it pertains to working with Keystone Computer Associates, Inc.  They are outlined below:

1. True hourly consulting.  Keystone Computer Associates will supply your organization with consultants for a set time period, at favorable hourly rates.

2. "Try/Buy" or Right to Hire.  It has been our experience that this is the ideal situation for our clients.  You have the opportunity to "try" the individuals at a fair contracting rate, with the option to "buy" them from Keystone Computer Associates, Inc. at a reduced amount for up to one year.  After one year, there is no charge.

3. Full time, permanent placement.  Keystone Computer Associates, Inc. will find the candidate possessing the skills you need and once an offer is made, and accepted, will invoice at a very competitive fee, based upon a percentage of the first year salary of the candidate we have presented to you.  Furthermore, we do offer a guarantee period for the candidate hired.
