The Keystone Bank Communication System S.W.I.F.T. CBT sub-system provides a flexible approach for communicating with the S.W.I.F.T. network. Modular in design and functionally extensible, the S.W.I.F.T. sub-system is totally qualified to perform all S.W.I.F.T. functions.

	*Outgoing Messages* Support of all S.W.I.F.T. message types and priorities Full authentication capabilities On-line user-friendly message entry screens featuring: appropriate tags with expanded descriptions for each message type highlighting of mandatory fields complete syntax checking Creation of PDEs for undelivered messages Logging of all messages to permit identification of: PDEs NODs and WODs returned or canceled messages message status including priority, authentication, and final disposition Complete on-line capability for repair of incorrect or incomplete messages
	*Control* S.W.I.F.T. certified communication capability S.W.I.F.T. log-in/select capabilities supported in synchronized or manual mode On-line S.W.I.F.T. member directory for name and address expansion Cross-reference of S.W.I.F.T. addresses to UIDs, account numbers and bank numbers S.W.I.F.T. USE/BKE functionality Full retention of all messages for: intra-bank routing on-line display hard copy reporting Multi-line, multi-TID capability OFAC monitoring for blocked entities and Specially Designated Nationals
